Play Type Fast online for free. Type Fast is a letter selection game that tests your response times. Select the appropriate letter button each time its letter appears onscreen. Keep spotting and selecting the letters within 20 seconds to clear each round. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select the play button below the title of the game to begin.
Select the speaker button to turn the game’s audio on and off.
Game Controls

  - With your mouse, left click on the letter buttons.

    - Tap on the letter buttons with your fingers.
    - Controls and indicators
      - On the top left corner is your score.
      - On the top right corner are the following:
        Your life meter, represented by capsules.
        The timer
        The letter buttons occupy the bottom row,
        Game Play
        Basic rules
        Letters will descend from the top of the screen.
        Wait for the letters shown on the letter buttons to appear, then select the buttons as fast as you can.
        Keep watching out for letters until the timer runs out.
        Rounds
        Each round consists of a set of falling letters. It lasts for 20 seconds.
        As the game progresses, you’ll need to respond faster to each of the descending letters.
        You also need to spot more letters.
        Initially the game has 2 letter buttons.
        Later levels can have 3 to 4 letter buttons.
        Losing a life restarts the round.
        Lives
        You start the game with 3 lives.
        Each time you select the wrong letter button or fail to press it on time, you lose a life.
        Lose all your lives and it’s game over.
        Scoring
        You receive 350 points for every letter you correctly click.
        You also receive 1,000 bonus points for completing the level.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like simple idle reaction time games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
