Play Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Its Raining Man game online for free. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Its Raining Man is an endless catching game where you must move flint Flint to catch as many gadgets and life items falling from the sky while avoiding hazardous debris. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

  • Starting the Game
    • To begin the game, press the play button at the bottom of the screen.
    • This prompts an animated montage showing scenes of Flint’s experiments just like in the movie.
    • You can select “SKIP” if you do not want to watch this opening montage.
    • When you skip, the game redirects to the game mode screen.
    • Choose from 2 game modes: Easy or Hard.
    • Once you choose a mode, the game counts down from 3. Once it starts, watch out for falling debris.
      • On the top right corner of the screen is the audio button. Select this to mute or unmute the game’s music and sound effects.
      • Game Controls
        • Touchscreen
          • Make sure to rotate your device horizontally for the game to load.
          • Using your finger, press on Flint to move him left or right. A light press will immediately make him run towards your finger’s direction.
          • There may be a slight delay at times. But once you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to navigate the character with ease.
            • Mouse and Keyboard
              • The game is controlled using the left and right directional arrow buttons. Press the left arrow to move Flint left, and the right arrow to move him right.

                  • On the top right corner is the audio button. Select this to mute or unmute the game’s music and sound effects.
                  • On the top left corner is the home button. Select this if you wish to go back to the opening screen.
                  • Pause Screen Interface
                    • The first image on the paus screen shows the left and right game controls.
                    • When you press the right arrow button, it shows the next image. This shows falling gadgets highlighted in blue that are safe to catch.
                    • Press the right arrow again. The second image shows falling life objects highlighted in green. These are also safe to catch.
                    • Finally, when the last image shows dangerous falling objects you should avoid. These are items highlighted in red.
                    • Strategy
                      • Once the countdown begins, get ready to move the character. Catch as many safe items as you can for higher points.
                      • Under easy mode, less items fall from the sky. These objects also fall at a slower pace.
                      • Easy mode is a good way to practice the controls together with your hand-eye coordination.
                      • Less debris falling allows you to find space to avoid falling debris.
                      • Time your moves accordingly. Do not go underneath an area where flaming meatballs might land.
                      • Remember, you can only get hit by debris 3 times. After this, it’s game over.
                      • When you die, the game flashes your current score and the high score.
                      • Once you get the hang of it, try your hand on the hard mode.
                      • Playing on Hard Mode
                        • Expect hard mode to have more falling objects that fall at a faster pace.
                        • Watch out for small TV screens that fall at lightning speed. Try to avoid them as early as you can.
                        • It’s harder to find clear space when too many debris falls from the sky.
                        • You must maneuver left or right as the debris fall. This is a good way to avoid getting hit when there’s no open space.
                        • When blue and green objects fall, they may fall in successive batches. Catch them in one go by running fast.
                        • Just be careful running near debris. Overcalculating your run could mean hitting a flaming meatball.
                        • The key under hard mode is to move slowly. Calculate your moves and anticipate incoming debris.
                        • If you move too fast, it’s easy to lose control of your direction. But if you move slowly, it’s easier to avoid debris.
                        • You get a higher score when you catch more objects the longer you stay alive. To challenge yourself further, try to beat your high score every time you play the game.
